Refund policy
Smokin' Par has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or order number when you reach out.
To start a return, email us at smokinpar@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how to ship it back. Elective return shipping (returns not due to damage or defect) is paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know within 7 days if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right. For approved damaged or defective returns, Smokin’ Par covers return shipping with a prepaid label. You’re responsible for getting the package sent back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, reach out to us at smokinpar@gmail.com.
